The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tips for Auteuil on Saturday
BANKER
Nimes(1.05 Auteuil)
Extremely promising three-year-old colt who made a winning debut at Compiegne in March for top trainer Guillaume Macaire. Fancied in the market that day and sent off second favourite, Nimes travelled beautifully under James Reveley (retains the ride) and aside from bungling the last, he jumped well on the whole as well. This is obviously a tougher test being a Listed contest but he should improve for that debut effort and could prove to be a Graded performer.
GOOD THING
Katy Love (2.45 Auteuil)
Four-year-old filly who gets weight from most of her rivals in this 2m2f Listed hurdle, Katy Love boasts an almost unblemished record of three wins from four starts. Her sole defeat came behind Nanosecond, who has won again since and is likely to go off a short-priced favourite in the 12.05 on this card. Katy Love is proven when fresh and has won well on her last two starts at Pau. Expect her to go close here off a nice weight.
