The ex-Irish pointer proved prolific for current connections in 2019, winning three of six starts and never finishing worse than fourth. His penultimate victory win at Wincanton has been boosted since thanks to runner-up Kiltealy Briggs, who has subsequently won by 36 lengths before finishing third in a Cheltenham Grade 2. Dolphin Square took his first step up to this trip of 3m when last seen and ran well to take fourth under a patient ride and should be able to strike in this easier race off just 1lb higher.
