Brian Eckley's star mare impressed when notching her only two career successes this time last year, winning by a fair margin at both Ludlow and Hereford in mares' novice hurdles, but hasn't scored since. Admittedly she was raised in class on the back of those victories and aside from large defeats in Grade 2 and Listed company on her next two outings, as well as a heavy defeat on her return on heavy ground, she has proved rather consistent. Her latest sixth behind Dame De Compagnie at Cheltenham was hugely encouraging and the booking of Sam Twiston-Davies, as well as a drop in class and falling handicap mark, could be the catalyst for improvement.
