A former pointer with just five runs to his name under rules, Neil The Legend has an exceptionally unexposed profile for a seven-year-old in this sphere and proved himself to be well-handicapped when running away with a handicap chase at Uttoxeter last month off a mark of 113. He made a couple of mistakes during that race but hit the line with plenty in hand and off just 6lb higher in a similar heat, he is expected to follow up.
