The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tip on Thursday afternoon
BANKER
This Listed Glasgow Stakes has attracted some useful horses from Newmarket and Lambourn in the last few years, including Roger Varian's two winners Postponed (2014) and Defoe (2017), both of whom went on to win at Group 1 level. This year's edition has drawn just five runners but all of them look to be proper black type performers and it will take a good horse to land the prize. Mark Johnston has two runners in the field, so there is sure to be some pace on, and that will suit the unexposed Tritonic, who is probably open to the most improvement in this field barring unknown quantity Arrow Of Gold. This Sea The Moon colt should be suited by the step up to 1m3f and ran a huge race on his return from a layoff when second to Highland Chief in the Golden Gates Handicap at Royal Ascot.
