The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tip on Sunday afternoon
BANKER
Ulverston (1.20 Carlisle)
Jennie Candlish is having a purple patch at the moment with five winners from her last 18 runners and she can extend that streak when Ulverston lines up under a penalty in this novice hurdle. The five-year-old gelding showed that he possesses significant ability when landing a three-runner course-and-distance contest in March, only to be disqualified and placed last after hampering his two rivals on the run-in, but made amends on his reappearance last month. Held up in the early stages, Ulverston made an eyecatching move to get into contention and stayed on powerfully to lose his maiden tag. A repeat effort would make him hard to beat.
