The Punt Daily: Robbie Wilders' three horse racing tips on Saturday

EACH-WAY PLAY

Aucunrisque (3.00 Kempton)

Hot favourite Shallwehaveonemore is feared in the Dovecote Novices' Hurdle but is too short in relation to Aucunrisque, who is arguably just as exciting a prospect. He dotted up in a competitive handicap at Wincanton last time and his trainer Chris Gordon knows what it takes to win the race having saddled a similar type to score two years ago. Aucunrisque defeated Grandeur D'Ame (second to Shallwehaveonemore at Sandown) arguably just as easily two starts back and has improve since. He looks the each-way play with eight runners declared.

GOOD THING

Soft Risk (3.50 Newcastle)

Nicky Richards hopes Soft Risk can develop into a top-class chaser in time but there are races to be won over hurdles beforehand. The six-year-old is unbeaten in four career starts over a range of different ground conditions, winning easily each time, and it is a surprise he has been handed a mark of just 123 for his handicap debut. Don't rule out this smart type ending up in the Top Novices' Hurdle later in the season. The owner and trainer combination saddled the favourite for that Grade 1 in 2015 with an undefeated hurdler who struck in handicap company en route to Aintree.

BANKER

Escaria Ten (4.18 Fairyhouse)

This eight-year-old is my idea of the Grand National winner at this stage and can advance his Aintree claims in the Bobbyjo Chase at Fairyhouse, a race which has proved an excellent trial for the National in recent years. Escaria Ten brings red-hot novice chase form to the table by virtue of his third to Galvin in the National Hunt Chase and caught the eye when eighth in the Thyestes Chase on his return. He will be fitter for the run and is expected to have the measure of Any Second Now and Coko Beach, who both might find life tough conceding 8lb to my selection. Escaria Ten is the big improver in the line-up and it must be remembered forecast favourite Burrows Saint was turned over at quite a short price in this last campaign.
