Lucinda Russell's form is concerning but she appears to have a great chance of striking back with this unexposed type, who I am sure would have won last time if he had unseated. He was tanking before Derek Fox departed four out and it was further evidence that this son of Milan is best deployed over a three-mile trip. Here he goes up an additional two furlongs which, given how strongly he hit the line on the run before over 3m, looks like it should suit. His jumping is a concern but I'm willing to chance him again as he strikes me as a horse who could improve a lot. This is also considerably weaker than his last race and I hope his day finally arrives.
