The Punt Acca: Robbie Wilders' three horse racing tips on Saturday

Intellogent(3.00 Haydock)

I thought Intellogent was the horse to take out of the John Smith’s Cup last month when third off a big weight and he can strike in the Rose of Lancaster Stakes. Intellogent reopposes with York winner Anmaat off 2lb better terms for a three-quarters-of-a-length defeat and fared comfortably best of those held up in the 22-runner contest. Jane Chapple-Hyam is in excellent form and Intellogent looks a decent alternative to hot favourite Grocer Jack, who will face pressure for the lead this time.

Castle Star (3.15 Curragh)

Among the best juvenile colts last season, Castle Star made his belated return to the course at the Curragh last month and was last off the bridle in the Sapphire Stakes over five furlongs. Last season’s Middle Park second was entitled to need that comeback spin and he is better over six furlongs, so I’m expecting an improved effort in the Phoenix Sprint Stakes over slightly further. He avoids a penalty and can get off the mark for the campaign at a track he likes.

Alseyoob(3.40 Newmarket)

Experience of the July course will be advantageous for Alseyoob in the Sweet Solera. Alseyoob landed a touch for connections when obliging on her debut from the front here last month and it is easy to imagining her dictating once more. That maiden looked a strong heat and the third has won since, while she remains as unexposed as anything in this field. The Ismail Mohammed-trained juvenile might be underestimated against some of the bigger yard's representatives.
