The Punt Acca: Robbie Wilders' three horse racing tips on Wednesday

Bird For Life (1.10 Lingfield)

Bird For Life virtually always misses the break to some degree but it hasn't been as pronounced on her last two starts and she can go well at a decent price in the 2m handicap at Lingfield. She loves this place and in 15 runs over the course and distance Bird For Life has run to a Racing Post Rating under 57 only once. She's also never run off a mark this low (51) over the course and distance and this might be the day she bags her first victory of the season.

Turner Girl(1.30 Catterick)

Draw a line through Turner Girl's last outing at Lingfield as the race wasn't run to suit when she trailed home last of the five runners. She wasn't beaten far regardless and the third has won since, so I'm giving her another chance in this 1m6f handicap on just her second try at a staying trip. Turner Girl is better judged on her good second to Jalea Moon on her seasonal return the week before and she can take advantage of a generous three-year-old allowance.

Chuvelo(3.20 Musselburgh)

Older horses running in Flat novices have a tough task on their hands giving lumps of weight to well-bred three-year-olds and Chuvelo will be seen to better effect in handicaps. He shoots up six furlongs in trip in this 2m2f contest and I expect we'll see an entirely different proposition on his handicap debut off 72. A National Hunt type whose best run in that discipline came in a bumper on testing conditions, Chuvelo can show what he's made of on the Flat now granted a stronger test of stamina.
