The Punt Acca: Mark Boylan's three horse racing tips on Monday

The Names Jock (3.00 Cork)

There were definite positives to take from this dual-purpose performer's latest second at Killarney, with the winner Zoffanien extremely well backed. Monday's trip of 2m1f looks close to his optimum and he's proven on a multitude of going types. Returning to the scene of his first win on the Flat, he could represent some value under promising amateur John Gleeson, who claims 7lb.

Holdonfordearlife (3.10 Naas)

It looked as though this Ken Condon-trained juvenile was set to throw down a serious challenge at the Curragh last time before looking raw when asked for his effort and finishing fifth. This looks a weaker race and the fitting of blinkers for the first time could do just the trick to concentrate his mind at the business end. He has plenty of experience to call on at this stage.

Cnodian (4.45 Naas)

An ease in the ground shouldn't be any disadvantage to the Willie McCreery-trained selection, who has been highly dependable and looks to be on a competitive mark. She has run well here before and can continue an excellent summer period for her stable.
