This progressive three-year-old is fancied to gain back-to-back wins in the 1m4f handicap. His first two runs in handicaps this year were not without promise and the step up to 1m3½f brought a first victory at Windsor in July. He recorded a Racing Post Rating of 76 that day, so despite a 5lb rise, an official mark of 70 may still be lenient. Buxted Too drops in class and looks a likely danger, but Diamond Bay is open to significantly more improvement.
