Last season Labeebb did nothing but improve, and he can take this on his way to better things for the rest of the season.

He was narrowly behind Laafy and Onto Victory when last seen in September, with the last-named winning the November Handicap at Doncaster before having a successful winter over hurdles.

The level of form Labeebb showed last season suggests he could be a Pattern performer in the making, and a mark of 89 could look lenient in time.
