Team Talk matched at 1,000 en route to Churchill win
Taquin Du Seuil touched a high of 28 in running on Betfair on his way to landing a Pricewise-inspired gamble in the BetVictor Gold Cup at Cheltenham. Jonjo O'Neill's 8-1 winner was backed from a morning12-1 and denied the front-running Village Vic, who traded at a low of 1.54.
Thistlecrack went to a high of 2.52 with some chancy leaps in the novice chase at Cheltenham, but soon came clear to justify 1-7 favouritism.
Team Talk landed the Betway Churchill Stakes at Lingfield after £18 was matched at 1,000. The 6-1 winner wasn't in the picture until well inside the final furlong but finished strongly to deny backers of Educate at 1.15.
