Expect Yesandno to go well in the 5.25 at Towcester for Alan King. The trainer’s 21 per cent strike-rate with bumper debutants improves to 50 per cent – three from six – with such runners at the venue.

It looks the right time to catch Riddlestown in the 4.55 at Towcester. The course winner has an excellent record at this time of year, scoring in this two-week period in four of the last five seasons.

Fair Selene is interesting for Heather Main in the 6.15 at Wolverhampton. The trainer has made a good start to the year and is operating at a 43 per cent strike-rate when teaming up with PJ McDonald at Dunstall Park.
