Sweetspots: Take your chance to Turn The Great Getaway into the great giveaway
Credit: Alan Crowhurst
Regal Encore put his best foot forward to win the Silver Cup (3.00 Ascot) in 2016 and returns off 6lb higher. He was third in the Ladbrokes Trophy off this mark last time (pulled up in it last year) and looks likely to go well.
Not So Sleepy had a nice pipeopener at Kempton last time and could go well in the Listed contest at Lingfield (1.45). All three of his wins have come left-handed, while he’s 0-9 travelling the other way round.

Donald McCain has a notable record with hurdling debutants at Newcastle (3-6) so The Great Getaway (11.45) is worth a second look.
