Sweetspots: Simcock should make a Fierce Impact at Hamilton
Ed de Giles does well with winners making a quick return to the track and is operating at a 25 per cent strike-rate with such types. Sheikspear was a game winner at Chepstow last week and has to be considered in Newbury’s 4.55.
David Simcock has a great record when sending his runners a considerable distance and has a 41 per cent strike-rate (14-34) with horses making a 361-mile trip or more in the last ten years. Fierce Impact makes the journey up to Hamilton for the stable in the 7.55.
