Sweetspots: Don't be afraid to take the lead with Doesyourdogbite

Roxyfet, a three-time course-and-distance winner, looks to have a strong chance in the 12.25 at Sedgefied. He hasn’t won going right-handed, so this track will suit him better than Market Rasen, where he wasn't disgraced last time out.

Tom George has a 33 per cent strike-rate with horses wearing a first-time tongue strap. Boagrius gets the aid in the 1.10 at Market Rasen. The five-year-old still has potential and the drop in trip can see him in a better light.

Nicky Henderson has a 44 per cent strike-rate with horses making their chasing debuts at Kempton. Reigning Supreme has his first start over fences in the 1.20, having looked every inch a chaser, and can go well.

Doesyourdogbite won the 3.40 at Kempton last year. He hasn’t shown much lately but looks to make it back-to-back wins in the race off a 5lb lower mark.
