Sweetspots: Breaking can make waves on Plumpton hurdles debut
Wayne Hutchinson has a 30 per cent strike-rate at Plumpton and goes there for one ride, Breaking Waves (12.30). This son of Yeats was a good third at Cheltenham last time and the step up in trip should suit.
When Dougie Costello rides for Jo Hughes at Wolverhampton it’s worth taking note. They have a 38 per cent strike-rate at the track and combine with Cape Greco (7.15), who looks to have each-way prospects.

In-form trainer Julie Camacho has a 40 per cent strike-rate in the last two weeks and saddles Queens Care in the 4.45 at Wolverhampton. The three-year-old is a new recruit having run in Germany and is still lightly raced, so there could be improvement to come.
