Newmarket nap

Grand Bazaar (12.35 Goodwood)

Could be well handicapped on what he has shown so far and expected to keep John Gosden's good run going after some decent work on the Al Bahathri.
David Milnes

Handicappers' nap

Swift Verdict (1.25 Doncaster)

Shaped really well when fourth behind an odds-on stablemate on his recent debut. Sets the standard on that effort and hard to beat with improvement seemingly assured.

Ace tipster

Camachess (2.45 Newmarket)

Charlie McBride's filly won five races in a row last year, the last of which came off a mark of 72. She hasn't scored since but has fallen down the ratings to just 67 and has first-time blinkers applied.
Tom Collins

Spotlight nap

Fifth Position (3.10 Doncaster)

Kept good company, including at Group 3 level last season, signing off with a respectable eighth in the Cambridgeshire at Newmarket. Shaped as though 1m was too sharp on reappearance when a promising third of 11 at Newcastle 12 days ago, and a return to turf and a more suitable trip should see him in a better light.
Emily Weber

Speed figures

Tigerskin (5.30 Newmarket)

Had breathing issues towards the end of last season, but had previously won twice at Ffos Las and can make a winning return.
Dave Edwards

Dark horse

Time Voyage (4.50 Doncaster)

Showed promise in novice events before faring best of the closers last time out in a race not run to suit. With fitness on her side, she could be a player providing she's as effective switched to turf.
Olly Eden

View from France

Tawkeel (3.25 Chantilly)

Fended off a subsequent cosy winner when maintaining her unbeaten record on her reappearance. Can take a winnable-looking Prix Saint-Alary.
Keith Melrose
