Signposts: Rolling Maul can kick rivals into touch again

Owen Burrows has had three winners from eight runners at Haydock. He sends just one to the track, Laraaib who goes in the 2.30. The unbeaten colt steps up to Group company for the first time and can take this in his stride.

Joshua Bryan has ridden Rolling Maul on his first two starts on the Flat, winning both times, and looks to make it a hat-trick in the 5.20 at Newmarket. The 2m on soft ground looks tailor-made for the gelding and he can continue trainer Peter Bowen’s good recent form.
