Shogun can shoot down Ballyroan rivals at Leopardstown

Shogun surely has more ability than he has shown so far and tonight could be the night he starts to fulfill his potential in the feature Group 3 Ballyroan Stakes at Leopardstown.

There is no doubt that Bondi Beach is the most talented horse in the race but he is certainly better over further, has to give weight to all his rivals and has not been seen since the middle of May and might need this outing to blow away the cobwebs.

Almela, a 19-length winner of a Galway maiden, is making her first start of the season and might need the run also, while Agnes Stewart and Lustrous Light need to step up on what they have shown so far.
