With temperatures set to plummet overnight Clonmel has to pass an early inspection if we are to enjoy the racing. Hopefully the cold snap relents as there are a couple of decent betting opportunities on the card.

The first comes in the Lisronagh Handicap Hurdle (1.20), in which the claims of the John Morrison-trained Danegeld are hard to get away from. He doesn't have a fantastic win record but rates as one of the in-form horses coming into this race.
