Richard Johnson looks a significant booking for Greyed A2.15 Sedgefield

Richard Newland has a reputation for improving runners from other stables and it looks significant that he has booked Johnson to ride this five-year-old on just his second outing for the yard.

Johnson has a 23 per cent strike-rate (10-44) when making the long trip north to Sedgefield in the last five seasons and has three wins from 20 rides for the Newland stable in that time. Greyed A is one of only two rides for the champion at Sedgefield this afternoon.
