Sandown Placepot tips: Robbie Wilders with a perm to make punters purr
There are only 38 runners across Sandown's six-race card and it makes sense to keep the number of lines to a minimum.
Corrigeen Rock was running a big race on his latest start in the Scottish Supreme Novices' Hurdle before falling at the last and should make amends in the opening 2m novice hurdle (1.50).
The handicapper has given Global Agreement a chance in the next (2.20). The Milton Harris-trained five-year-old has been dropped 4lb despite his fourth over course and distance in February being a career-best on Racing Post Ratings.
Doukarov renews rivalry with a couple he finished ahead of at Newbury last time and is selected for the 1m7½f handicap chase (2.55).
Eragon De Chanay and Rolling Dylan are the pair to focus on in the Grand Military Gold Cup (3.30). Both arrive in excellent form and rate the likeliest winners.
We haven't seen anything like the best of Fifty Ball this season and perhaps the step up to 2m4f in the Team Forces Handicap Hurdle (4.05) along with a drop in class can provide a winning formula.
Tim Vaughan's excellent record at Sandown makes Dalamoi an appealing proposition in the finale (4.40). I'll throw in Bourbali too. He is progressing all the time and looks on a good mark.
