Rock Warbler still on a handy mark4.30 Chelmsford

A promising juvenile last year for Godolphin who showed little on his first three starts for Oliver Greenall but, after a whopping 20lb drop in the weights, he has come good since being fitted with a hood on his last two outings.

Rock Warbler was beaten half a length in second in a 6f Wolverhampton handicap last month and built on that when defying a 2lb higher mark to land a similar Class 6 event at Newcastle 18 days ago. The front two pulled clear of the third and fourth, who have since franked the form by filling two of the first three places in a similar handicap to this over course and distance last Thursday.
