Paul Kealy provides his Tote Placepot perm at Warwick

Credit: Edward Whitaker

A juvenile hurdle stacked with horses making their debuts in this sphere is not an easy opener (11.55) to the Tote Placepot at Warwick, but David Pipe's could be the answer.

According to the handicapper his French Flat form makes him easily the best of those to have come from the Flat, and he had only three starts in that sphere.

It's hard to bank on one in this, though, and we'd better add Alan King's .

Wilde About Oscar does look a safe option in the next (12.25) as he had some solid bumper form and won easily on his hurdles debut three weeks ago.

It's a big surprise to see Allmankind running in a chase (1.00), but I'm looking at it as an admittance he isn't as good as connections thought, and he's one to take on despite the allowances.

ought to make a chaser and first effort was fine, so they're the two to take him on with.

It's unoriginal, but is very hard to leave out of the next (1.35). He had a poor season last term, but the 2019 Fred Winter fourth has become scarily well treated because of it and shaped really well on his reappearance at Perth.

I've already covered the closing races in the main column, but the selections are and in the 2.10 and and in the 2.45.
