Broadclyst is reasonably well treated and there was some promise in his returning seventh of 18 on this track under Bryan Carver 19 days ago, especially as the ground was on the quick side for him.

He's been dropped 2lb for that, although Carver can now only claim 3lb so he is effectively on the same mark, but it's a rating (118) he can surely win off.
