Neff has become very well handicapped in a short space of time and should go close if a first-time visor works in the "Off The Fence" On youtube.com/attheraces Handicap Hurdle (1.30) at Fontwell.

He probably wasn't fairly treated when given an initial rating of 130 for his efforts in novices, but he has been dropped 13lb for three runs this season and now has Niall Houlihan on to take off a further 7lb.
