Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's three meetings

The day's best bets from Fontwell, Hereford and Naas

Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Fontwell

2.50: Brewin'upastorm

Last year's winner Brewin'upastorm is perhaps unlucky not to be unbeaten since undergoing wind surgery last summer and confirming Lingfield placings with Darver Star might be good enough. Monmiral could have something to say about that, given his form last season stands up so well, but on only his second sighting in ten months he comes with risks. Allmankind also needs respecting, as although better known for his chasing exploits these days, he's still dangerous over hurdles and a soft lead would help his cause no end.
Alistair Jones

Hereford

2.40: Gemirande

Mystical Clouds and Town Parks (preferred in that order) have both dropped to dangerous marks but preference is for Gemirande, who ran well in defeat under a very positive ride at Chepstow last month and is not yet fully exposed over fences. Pretty good cases can also be made for Rose Sea Has, Yggdrasil and Zalvados.
Chris Wilson

Naas

5.30: Sandor Clegane

Sandor Clegane is very hard to oppose here and looks to have by far the best form. Musical Drive looks odds-on to chase him home.
Johnny Ward
