Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's three meetings

Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Chepstow

3.40: Hiromichi

In these conditions dropping back to 6f is unlikely to hurt the hat-trick-seeking Hiromichi and he can go in again. Prophecy looks like a winner waiting to happen for his new yard and is second choice, ahead of Connie's Rose.

Curragh

5.20: Soaring Monarch

Cases can be made for a ton of these. The Irish Cambridgeshire run here two weeks ago is an important yardstick and there will not be much to choose again between Good Heavens and Star Harbour. Casanova is due a win in a race of this nature. Max Mayhem is off the same mark as when winning this last year and on and on. Peter Fahey has his charges in excellent form and he can score here with Soaring Monarch after his win at Galway with ground in his favour.
Justin O'Hanlon

Doncaster

5.05: Inchicore

Among plenty of viable options the best may be Inchicore, who's found improved form this season and shaped as if she may well still be capable of better. This step back up in trip looks sure to help, for a start. Wise Eagle and HMS President can also get seriously involved.
