Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's four meetings
Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Bangor
2.38: Wouldubewell
This looks a good opportunity for Wouldubewell, who has made a pleasing start to her chasing career this season. Emma Lavelle's eight-year-old has been dropped 1lb since her creditable second in a valuable 2m4f event at Lingfield in January and will be suited by today's move back up in trip. Belle De Manech will be a tough nut to crack if on her A game, while Schiaparannie ought to find this a bit easier than her last two races.

Warwick
4.30: Hyland
Getaweapon could step forward back on a sounder surface, while Sidewaysinmilan still has potential as a hurdler and his bumper win came here. The unexposed novices Groom De Cotte and Hyland could both be capable of a fair bit better though and preference is for Nicky Henderson's five-year-old. He ran with credit behind some promising rivals, despite a modest round of jumping, at Doncaster last time and this longer trip should be in his favour. A mark of 109 could underestimate his potential.

Limerick
3.05: Native Gold
Spotlight verdict
A weak contest and not many make much appeal. Getaway Shivvie is one of the few that might be considered progressive, while both Ardera Ru and Mick The Jiver make appeal at the top of the handicap. The selection though is Native Gold, a good second to a stable companion after a year off at Navan last month with improvement likely.

4.40: Champagne Platinum
National Trial second and Kim Muir entrant Champagne Platinum has settled in well with Enda Bolger and can give owner JP McManus a pre-Cheltenham morale-boost. Thyestes Chase form suggests that Franco De Port and Diol Ker are capable of getting into the shake-up. Stormy Judge should be well primed after a warm-up over hurdles.
