Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's four meetings

Sunday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Ayr

4.37: Lituus

The lightly raced three-year-old Lituus came from a long way back to take third over 1m1f at Carlisle last time out and can post a first win now upped to 1m2f. Acoustic is another unexposed three-year-old who could be suited by the step up to 1m2f and could be the chief danger, ahead of Royal Countess and Highlight Reel.
Ben Hutton

Chelmsford

2.10 Lila Girl

By far the strongest claims are held by Lila Girl who can complete a course-and-distance hat-trick. Cry Havoc, the only older runner in the line-up, is well handicapped on the pick of her form and may be the best option for the forecast, with Adelaise third choice.

Market Rasen

3.00: Casamari Abbey

He was 0-9 over fences when trained in Ireland but Casamari Abbey gave a really good account when second from out of the weights in a recent Cartmel chase and competes off a 7lb lower mark on this quick reappearance. He looked suited by this very different track when fourth over hurdles two starts ago and his claims are obvious today. Last year's runner-up Begoodtoyourself belatedly opened his chasing account last month and should go well again. Running Cloud and Barest Of Margins are also of interest.

Tramore

3.45: Meetingofthewaters

A reproduction of Meetingofthewaters' Ballinrobe run should be enough to land this. He won his bumper in good style before running a big race on hurdles debut. This looks a good opportunity to get off the mark. Dragon Rock makes his debut for Willie Mullins and has to be feared, while Wild Caprice could go well back in maiden company.
