Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's five meetings
Friday fancies from Aintree, Kempton, Leicester, Sedgefield and Wexford
Aintree
4.05: Liveloughlaugh
He may be on a long losing run but Liveloughlaugh (nap) was beaten just a neck in a competitive handicap at Leopardstown last month and took to these fences extremely well in the 2019 Grand National, before his stamina evaporated. The main danger may come from Modus, who ran well in the Grand Sefton in December and could appreciate today's better ground. Storm Control will be a fine sight over these fences if getting into a rhythm in front and he is third choice. Robin Des Foret, Senior Citizen and Morning Vicar are others to consider, while drying conditions will suit Pink Eyed Pedro and he's an interesting each-way contender at a massive price.
Ben Hutton
Kempton
7.40: My Frankel
Taqareer, 5lb well in after his fine second at Doncaster 12 days ago, is the obvious starting point and there could well be more to come from him. Similar comments apply to My Frankel (nap) though and with his trainer going well he's taken to come out on top. His Ascot defeat when last seen can be overlooked and he'd previously been impressive over Course and distance.
Paul Smith
Leicester
2.40: Dirty Rascal
Preference is for triple turf winner Dirty Rascal (nap), who got back on the scoresheet with a comfortable win on Tapeta on Monday and is a major player again under a penalty in his bid to make it 2-3 for George Boughey. Soaring Star was a close second in his final run last season and is a big danger if he can pick up where he left off, while a similar comment applies to Trinity Lake. The other one on the shortlist is C&D winner Al Suil Eile, who has won twice on the all-weather this year and still looks feasibly treated on his switch back to turf.

Sedgefield
5.30: Conundrum
There are good reasons to believe that Getaway Jewel will pose a significant threat but Conundrum (nap) came good over hurdles with a pretty convincing course and distance success last month and is taken to complete a double. Oliver Greenall's five-year-old could be even more effective on today's faster ground, and his old Flat form suggests he could still be on a very good mark in this sphere. Karamoko is next on the list.
Chris Wilson
Wexford
6.25: Ornua
This is sizeable drop in class for Ornua (nap) who has been set some tough assignments this winter but he should find this easier and he looks well handicapped on his form from last season. Dr Mikey probably needed his comeback run and shouldn't be dismissed while Lean Araig could go well, particularly if any rain arrives.
