However, the one that appeals most is Godolphin's Castle Way, who made a good start with his second behind an odds-on stablemate at Newmarket three weeks ago and sets a useful standard on that form.

A fascinating renewal of this Group 3 prize with some unexposed potential improvers taking on a few who already have form in Group races. The selection is a graduate of nurseries, though, with Immortal Beauty having impressed in winning her last two starts. She looks well worth her place at this level and can provide Richard Hannon with a fourth win in the race since 2017. Juliet Sierra is second choice, with All The Time also greatly respected and So Sleepy likely to outrun her odds.

This can go to Safari Dream, who has finished first past the post in both his nurseries and can run off the same mark as at Sandown 11 days ago, when he was demoted due to interference. Nursery newcomer Hunkpapa has shown pace over 6f/7f and could relish this first attempt at 5f, with Chelmsford runner-up Agostino next on the list ahead of Lost Angel and Gemcutter.
