Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's five meetings
Tuesday fancies from Catterick, Galway, Goodwood, Leicester and Windsor
Tuesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Catterick
3.40: Sands Of Time
Coley's Koko had three of these behind when third to a progressive winner last time, including the well-fancied Denzil's Laughing, who fluffed the break completely and should do much better. Bert Kibbler and Dan De Light are still to convince they're as good on turf as the AW, and the vote goes to Sands Of Time (nap), who will find this easier having run in Pattern and good-class handicap company since her debut win last summer.
Graham Wheldon
Galway
7.00: Celestial Horizon
Plenty of these come into it potentially but two of them stand out. Sea Appeal was impressive at Killarney in July, but he may have to play second fiddle here to Navan winner Celestial Horizon (nap) who looked well ahead of the handicapper that day and can follow up.
Justin O'Hanlon
Goodwood
1.50: King's Castle
Provided he backs up last week's Epsom effort, King's Castle (nap) has a good chance off the same mark. In-form Mr Zee is second choice, ahead of the nicely treated Broad Appeal. There are reasons to not totally give up on the maidens Chairman Power (second wind surgery) and Galactic Glow (Oisin Murphy booked).

Leicester
3.50: Ibiza Rocks
Bowman has won two of his last three and would be especially dangerous if Ben Curtis is able to dictate matters from the front, but Ibiza Rocks (nap) has more potential and can go one better than on his handicap debut at Sandown. Revolutionise ran his best turf race last time and cannot be discounted.
Richard O'Brien
Windsor
5.45: Whitefeathersfall
This is easier than nurseries at Glorious Goodwood and York and Whitefeathersfall (nap) can make a bold bid off top weight. The ground was good to soft when behind New Pursuit the time before and on his fast-ground second to subsequent Listed winner Albahr at Haydock in June (Tartan Chief 7l behind) he's not badly handicapped. Uncs is the second choice.
