Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for Saturday's six meetings
Saturday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Cheltenham
2.50: Ballymillsy
It's dangerous to make assumptions about Sporting John but other runners are more solid. Proschema would win a speed test against Ballymillsy and also showed he stays 3m at Wetherby two weeks ago but coming up this hill asks a more demanding question, so very strong stayer Ballymillsy is taken to grind out the win. Dragon Bones, Onagatheringstorm and Kansas City Chief should also run well.
Richard Austen
Lingfield
12.45: Catch My Breath
Voltaic, Delicate Kiss (second on the list) and Villeurbanne have something to recommend them but this could be run at a solid pace and that could play into the hands of Catch My Breath. He has had excuses since his easy course-and-distance success in September and is still lurking on a very feasible mark.

12.38: Cape Gentleman
Having looked accomplished in his two chase wins, including over course and distance, Cape Gentleman can climb another rung on the chasing ladder and take this. Riviere D'Etel looked good on chasing debut last time and is a danger off a low weight, while Embittered is experienced and won't go down easily.
Tyrone Molloy
Uttoxeter
2.07: Hard To Forget
Last year's principals Just Your Type and Indy Five will do well to feature this time after modest recent efforts. There's good reason to believe that course winner Hard To Forget can find plenty on his Stratford run four weeks ago and he's preferred to Shanty Alley.
Alistair Jones
Wetherby
3.10: First Impression
Two obvious players are Saint Arvans and Champagne City, who finished first and second in a similar event over course and distance 15 days ago. However, they may have to settle for minor honours behind First Impression, who is still unexposed over hurdles and returns to this sphere off a handy mark judged on his Flat form. Market support for Benny's Bridge should be heeded.
Steve Boow
Wolverhampton
7.00: Wedding Dance
The Charlie Appleby-trained three-year-old Wedding Dance went close in a French Group 3 last August and, having performed respectably in a Listed race this September on her sole run since, she can capitalise on this drop in grade. Rising Star is 2-2 on all-weather and is second choice with soft ground providing an excuse for her below-par run at Ascot last time.
