Novice trainer David Jeffreys has made a promising start since sending out his first runners in June: from 17 starts he already has three wins and host of places.

He landed something of a touch for his first winner at Yarmouth and the morning money for Jetstream at Brighton looks significant. The son of Galileo has offered mild promise in a couple of starts for Jeffreys over 1m4f, but his best form has been at a mile to 1m2f and here he faces a sharp test at the longer trip.
