Nearing the end of a month which saw Jessica Harrington capture the Cheltenham Gold Cup, Ellmarie Holden can enhance her growing reputation by scoring with Lachares, the sole juvenile hurdler in a competitive rated event (2.15) at Limerick today.

Harrington has consistently set the bar higher for women in the training ranks in Ireland but it has also been a good month for Holden, who saddled Lachares to win a maiden hurdle at Gowran just under three weeks ago and recorded her most important success to date when Abolitionist landed the Leinster National at Naas the following day.
