The value play in Taunton's feature chase very much appears to be One Forty Seven. He beat Irish Prophecy on similar terms at Southwell over 2m4½f in the summer and his scruff-of-the-neck style should be well suited to Taunton.

He looked to find Fakenham a bit on the tight side last time, but might still have been a fortunate winner had he not been wiped out at the last. He has a better shot at the market principals than early prices suggest.
