Punters chasing the Pick Six pool at Navan could do worse than side with Colin Keane who can get his afternoon off to a good start aboard Face Off in the opening 5f maiden (2.00). The Eddie Lynam-trained Soffia could be the main danger.

If Brother Bear is back to his best he should take plenty of stopping in the Legacy Stakes (2.35), while the same could be said of Ardhoomey, who lines up in the Waterford Testimonial Stakes (3.05).

His finest hour came last season when he took the Group 2 Flying Five at the Curragh, and despite the fact that he has yet to win this season, he has been running well enough in defeat and Keane may be able to get him home when it matters most. Son Of Rest is a progressive young sprinter and it would be foolish to ignore his chances as well.
