Hugo Palmer has a steady 14 per cent strike-rate with juvenile newcomers and is three from six with such runners at Newcastle. The booking of Josephine Gordon for the debut of Cloud Dragon in the 12.50 is also a positive as she has a 40 per cent strike-rate for Palmer at the track.

Harry Fry and Noel Fehily boast a 41 per cent strike-rate when teaming up at Exeter. Their best chance of a winner lies with Space Oddity in the 1.00 who needed last month's reappearance at Fontwell and remains reasonably treated off 118.
