James Tate is in great form, and this novice race looks an ideal opportunity for him to get a first juvenile winner of the season.

Runner-up on debut at Leicester, Haddaf went down by a neck to Never Back Down, who had the benefit of previous experience. The front pair were nearly three lengths clear of the third, Dragons Tail, who has since boosted that form when winning at Chester earlier in the week.
