Friday provides a second eight-race card in three days at Dundalk, and the meeting features a Listed contest for fillies in which only one of the 14 runners – British raider Red Box – holds a three-figure rating.

However, she has her fair share of quirks so better punting opportunities may lie elsewhere.

The Christmas Party Nights At Dundalk Stadium Nursery Handicap (6.00) is one of those competitive contests. Although there is not a huge amount of quality at the top of the handicap, one or two catch the eye lower down, including the Andy Oliver-trained Norman Wells.
