Tom Segal with a Cambridgeshire stunner
When a trainer changes yards it can often take a year or two for them to get all their ducks back in a row. That seems to be the case for David O'Meara, who hasn't enjoyed as good a season this year as he had at his previous stable.
That is only relative, however, because O'Meara has still saddled 71 winners and it might be he didn't have as many well-handicapped horses to deal with at the start of the year.
One horse who does have the typical progressive O'Meara profile is Treasury Notes, and at 28-1 he looks well worth backing to win the Betfred Cambridgeshire ( 4.10) at Newmarket.
