'I seriously think he could be placed again if he has a bit of luck'
Nicky Henderson, trainer of Call Me Lord, Epatante, Fusil Raffles, Pentland Hills and Verdana Blue
We were thinking of Haydock's Champion Hurdle for Call Me Lord, but we're now considering the Contenders Hurdle at Sandown, which is a better track for him. In all Epatante will probably go straight to Cheltenham, while I don't know about Fusil Raffles, but we'll sort something out for him. Pentland Hills could go to Haydock, but I want to go to Wincanton for the Kingwell Hurdle. Verdana Blue is in great shape and we're looking at a race in Saudi Arabia for her next month, but she'll have an entry in the Champion Hurdle. Epatante is at the top of the list because she's favourite, but I still think Pentland Hills ran a very good race in the International Hurdle and he's improved for it. He's in fine form.
Patrick Mullins, rider of Sharjah
Sharjah has been 100 per cent since Leopardstown. I rode him out yesterday morning [Monday] and he was very fresh and well.
Gordon Elliott, trainer of Coeur Sublime
He's had his wind tidied up since Leopardstown and the plan is to head straight to Cheltenham for the Champion Hurdle.
