Nachi Falls, who is rated 131 over fences, went close to taking advantage of a hurdles mark of just 100 at Taunton last Thursday.

He travelled like much the best horse at the weights, but was probably sent for home too early and, after looking sure to win two out, was caught near the finish by hot favourite Veiled Secret.
