He is spot on. He needed the run the other day to get the gas out of him and he's bound to come on for it mentally, physically and in every way. We knew he needed a race under his belt before the Ladbrokes Trophy and it was a nice run.

Whisper is going to run at Kempton on Monday to get him ready. He and Vyta Du Roc are definitely being aimed at the race and Beware The Bear and O O Seven are possibilities as well.

The Ladbrokes Trophy is a possibility for A Genie In Abottle and I certainly wouldn't rule it out, but I'll have to discuss it with the owners. He's come out of Wexford well, so we'll see how he is between now and Newbury and see what we think. He likes soft ground and looks to have the right sort of profile for Newbury.
