Unbeaten in two starts, the latter a course-and-distance maiden hurdle in January on soft ground. Has a penalty for that win but remains well ahead of three of his four rivals on form. The other, Aloomomo, is a legitimate threat having been rated 140 over fences at his peak and looks to have staged a mini recovery in recent starts for Sandy Thomson. He might not be the most reliable, though.

Conclusion Better than a toss-up.
