The above-average contest should provide a decent test for the Gordon Elliott-trained Cracking Smart as he makes his way up the ladder.

He should come on a bundle for his Punchestown maiden hurdle success, the 3m should suit him ideally, and while seasoned summer novices like Fabulous Saga and Robin Des Foret are a good test, he will have to beat them under these conditions if they are to go where they may be hoping to with him.
